The electrocardiogram performed on admission showed complete atrioventricular block with an incomplete right bundle branch block and left posterior hemiblock. The P rate was 167 beats per minute, while the QRS rate was 30 beats per minute. There was neither an abnormal Q wave nor ST changes.
