Administration of medicines.
At first, ISDN, 40 mg/day, and extended-released nifrdipine, 20 mg/day, were administered. Thereafter, denopamine, 20 mg/day, was added. After confirming that there were no further anginal attacks, ISDN-tape, nifedipine, and ISDN were discontinued in turn. Mo, month: ISDN, isosorbide dinitrate.
