Type III collagen was remarkably reduced in patient samples, while type I collagen secretion was not affected. Proα2 (I) and Pcα2 (I) bands of C1 and C4 with its control band were detected with HRP, and Proα2 (I) and Pcα2 (I) bands of C2 and C3 with its control band were detected with ALP.
