(B) Next, we put through most of the thread within the meniscal tissue. (C) Third, another stitch is sutured distally to the mattress suture in the direction of the fibers of the meniscus. (D) The thread is passed through the parenchyma and pulled out in front of the meniscus. (E) Finally, we tie both ends of the anterior thread surface of the anterior horn of the meniscus.
